Casa Nera is a coastal residence designed as a sequence of solid and open volumes that respond directly to the landscape. Rather than treating the sea as a single focal point, the house frames different views throughout the day, creating a constantly changing relationship between architecture, light, and horizon. The darker material palette gives the project a grounded character, while large openings and sheltered terraces keep the interiors connected to the exterior. Every space is organized around privacy, shade, and controlled views, resulting in a residence that feels both protected and expansive.
