Stone Court rethinks the traditional urban townhouse through a central courtyard that becomes the visual and spatial heart of the project. The house is arranged around this internal void, allowing daylight to reach spaces that would otherwise remain enclosed. Stone, timber, and soft plaster create a calm and tactile material language, while large sliding openings blur the distinction between interior rooms and the courtyard. The project focuses on creating privacy without sacrificing openness, resulting in a home that feels protected from the city while remaining bright, connected, and generous.

The narrow site and dense surroundings limited natural light, external views, and opportunities for private outdoor space.

The plan was reorganized around a central courtyard that brings daylight, ventilation, and greenery into the core of the house. Interior spaces open toward this protected void rather than toward neighboring properties.
